About
Enterprise-grade IT, without the enterprise complexity
From not-for-profits and Aboriginal community-controlled organisations in Western Australia to hospitals and large venues in the UAE, I have spent my career keeping organisations connected, protected and productive.
Today most of that work sits in three places. The first is digitalisation, taking the manual process that runs on a Word form and a shared spreadsheet and rebuilding it as a proper system in SharePoint and Power Automate. The second is security, making sure the data, the devices and the communications around that system are genuinely protected with Microsoft Intune, Purview, Entra ID and Defender.
The third is infrastructure that stays up on its own, networks and systems built on standardised configurations, automated patching, monitoring and alerting, so faults are caught before staff notice them and the day-to-day support load falls away instead of growing.
Both are delivered the same way: built on licences you already hold, documented so your team can run it, and kept entirely within your own tenant.

No. Everything I build, SharePoint lists, SPFx apps, Power Automate flows, runs inside the Microsoft 365 tenant you already own. There is no third-party SaaS platform holding your records, no external database, and no vendor to leave you if you stop paying them.
Usually not. I deliberately build on SharePoint Online and Power Automate, which are included in most Microsoft 365 business and non-profit plans, rather than on premium Power Apps or third-party platforms.
